The experience at Mitchum's is second to none! I have been a customer for over 7 years and I trust them as my jeweler for life! I picked out my wedding ring there, had my husbands ring custom made there, and only trust them to clean and care for my rings when it's time. You'll get personalable customer service with an enormous selection of stunning jewelry. Don't go anywhere else!!

Mitchum helped me design a beautiful engagement ring and wedding band this year. They have exceptional quality and prices that are more than fair. The staff there is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Every time I walked in the store or spoke with them I was welcomed and treated like family. Trusting them with my fiancée's ring was the best decision I could have made!

Best major purchase I have ever made! The staff is an absolute delight and very down to earth. I have to second Amada's review below. The staff, including the owner who has been in the store about every time I have gone in, are very caring and helpful rather than overbearing. They did a great job in showing me my options and then stood back to answer questions rather than standing over me and making me feel pressured or rushed. I don't shop often for jewelry but after my experience at Mitchum, I will be back next time I am in the market.

My husband's wedding ring actually belonged to my great grandfather and they got it sized and cleaned up wonderfully for us. Mitchum's is a wonderful! My husband had my ring custom made and designed using some diamonds from a family ring and he always says how great they were to work with. I am always getting compliments on it! And every time I go in to get it cleaned, they are so friendly!

Randy and the whole crew go above and beyond on even the smallest of details. We recently had a ring designed that took very important parts of past rings and combined them. It resulted in something that will be cherished for decades to come. Randy listens, and then improves on our ideas. It's not the first time we've been wow'd, and it won't be the last.
