 | JEWELRY REPAIR We have more than 40 years of experience in repairing fine jewelry. Our business started as a repair facility, and we take pride in our reputation of our quality workmanship. We will assess any repair and make our best recommendations as to what will be the next step to getting your jewelry in wearing condition. We have a full-service repair department that will be happy to fix any kind of jewelry problem you might have. Our personal jeweler, Aaron Ulrich, is very talented and has been through many jewelry courses and seminars over the years. Aaron completed his jewelry training at GIA’s jewelry manufacturing school. Aaron is a perfectionist when it comes to repairing your fine jewelry. Mitchum Jewelers is happy to help you with any of your jewelry needs. |  | WATCH REPAIR Our watchmaker John Mitchum, graduated from the Bradley University for watchmaking in 1961. John has worked on virtually every make and model of watch over the past 40 years. Please let us help you with any watch repair need you might have. There are not many watchmakers who are still working on fine watches; we’re fortunate to have one of the best. | 
| INSURANCE EVALUATIONS We offer jewelry evaluations giving the current replacement cost of your items. We obtain product information of like-kind jewelry and use all equipment and other resources available to us in our facilities to check and accurately describe your jewelry. These evaluations are required for obtaining insurance on your fine jewelry. The value given on the evaluation will tell you what it should cost to replace the item from our store if lost or stolen. |  | ENGRAVING If you were thinking of having an item engraved let us be of help. Most items can be engraved from watches, rings, knives, nameplates, ID bracelets, etc. Sometimes it’s nice to personally engrave a message on a gift item for someone special. Most engraving is done by machine, so it is very accurate and precise. If you would like a more intricate design, ask us about our hand-engraving capabilities.
CLEANING & INSPECTING We offer FREE cleaning and inspection to all jewelry. We highly recommend having your jewelry cleaned and checked every 3 months. By letting our professionals inspect and clean your jewelry, you are avoiding the risk of potential problems you may have with your jewelry. Jewelry is often worn every day, much more than any other item of clothing. Over time, the daily exposure can begin to wear on the prongs that hold the stones secure. It never hurts to just drop by and let us check on your pieces for you. Who doesn’t want secure and beautiful jewelry? We offer cleaning cards that you will receive when you bring your jewelry in to be cleaned and checked.
